My Work
Hi, I’m a bladesmith, sword maker, and blacksmith running Pitstone Forge, where I focus on crafting historically accurate swords and knives. I’ve got a real appreciation for traditional craftsmanship, and I aim to recreate blades that honour the techniques of the past. Every piece I make gets a lot of attention to detail, so it’s not just functional, but also true to its historical roots.
My work is driven by a respect for history and the craft of blacksmithing. At Pitstone Forge, I use methods that have been passed down through generations, creating pieces for reenactors, collectors, and anyone who shares that passion for historical weapons. My goal has always been to make things that feel authentic—something that brings the past to life through my hands.
Alongside my work for private clients, I’ve also had the chance to contribute to film and TV. My work has been featured in productions like House of the Dragon, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and Rings of Power. It’s something I’m really proud to be part of, and I bring the same level of care and attention to those projects as I do to every piece I make, always aiming for the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
For me, Pitstone Forge isn’t just about making swords or knives—it’s about preserving a craft and creating pieces people can connect with. I take pride in what I do, but I see it as being part of a long tradition more than anything else. Above all, it’s the process and that connection to history that really matters to me.
